Heard that our start time in final could be changing to 3 pm. Maybe three crews could be in our future again. Hell i havent even seen a commiteeman since last decade....

Yeah, that wouldn't make sense in regards to a 4-10 hr schedule...so maybe 3 crews everywhere soon? With new unit about to launch, I expect them to be in a hurry to flood the lots with them. High expectations with the new drivetrain options...the new boss V8 and the new diesel are getting some high praise already by the media/critics.

Haven't heard that one yet. I heard that after launch of 2011 SD we would be on 5 10's and every other Saturday.

A 3pm start sounds more like 3 SHIFTS, not 3 CREWS. I hope so, I don't like 10 hours and 3 shifts would mean we would need to hire and get our laid off union brothers from LAP back to work.

The 3 start time is something they wanted last year. I have not been approached about it since. It would not mean 3 crew or shift just 3 o'clock start. We feel for the most part this makes B-crew that much worse to work on so we have tried to keep them from going this route.

We might as well start at 3pm, 4:30pm isn't much better.
