Question for Jim Fisher: Do we still have mail order Rx? I just got a letter in the mail & it says not all HMO plans have mail order programs. If this has already been asked I apologize. Thanks.

Also for Jim are the HMO copays on the info the NESC sent out correct for our Humana HMO (which would mean our non-generic copay is reduced)?

Nothing applies to our HMO, Humana. There is a disclaimer, that says," does not apply to all HMO's" Most of the sheet applied to those with traditional plan (BCBS). Yes we have mail order RX with Humana and BCBS. You use RightSource with Humana and Medco with BCBS.... You can log into your account at www.myhumana.com to access the forms or I have them at the hall. BCBS uses Medco health.... www.medco.com or again stop by the hall.... The above applies to Active workers.... Retirees in the Louisville area only have Medco as a pharmaceutical option... Jim Fisher |
