My whole family drives Explorers and Mountaineers. Some from Louisville and some from St. Louis, but all have been great. My brother has 193k on his, and my first cousin got 325K miles with no major trouble.

I have a 2002 sport trac with around 160,000 miles on it. Knock on wood, it has been an awesome vehicle with little or no maintanence outside of oil changes and brake pads. I also had a Louisville built 1993 Ranger that was perfect in every way until I replaced it with a F-150 in 2000.

I order a 95' Explorer, 2 door, drove for three years, then sold to my dad. Happy to say it's still in the family and going strong. Dad had it in the shop for some minor repairs, but is running great! 189k+ miles

Mine is a 2002 Explorer built at KTP. Been a great ride with little to no problems. Fuckin doors dinged all to hell though. That's a typical Ford parking lot.
Kidding about the KTP part. Proudly built at LAP.

Typo. Meant 1993 Louisville built Ranger. Sorry. P.S. I don't think rangers were built in Norfolk. They were built in Edison NJ and are currently built in Twin Cities.

Rangers were built in Norfolk, but are now only built in Twin Cities. I've had several over the years, never a problem.
