Give me that $100,000 now and I'll go. I'm sorry to all that would stay but if I was given this chance I'd give up my job to a lower hourly worker. That's what Ford want's anyway so why don't they just leave the offer on the table?

Nothing more then this shows how bad the IUAW has become. To cut the buyout form 100 thousand to 70 is pure bullshit. They the IUAW knew allot of family's would have to accept this low ball number, and they should have fought harder to keep it at $100,000

If I could clear $100,000 after taxes and pay for me and my families insurance for a yr., I would sign today and they could stick that place up their collective asses!

None for me either, no way they pay for your insurance even for a year, without it, $100,000 wont last long at least not for me, I have a wife with multiple medical problems. I just have to hope & pray that we actually get new product & it is something that the public wants. If not we cut the losses & move on.
