Committeeperson Coverage: Jeff Hale will be covered by Dave Wimsatt, and Julie
Parker will be covered by Mike Sondergeld. They will be going to Black Lake for
grievance handling training all next week and returning on March 8.
Phone Number: We had several numbers come back to us on the Robo Call that
were, Invalid Numbers, No Answer or Busy, this will be the number you get called
back to work after Lay-off, so be sure it is correct.
Carl Casper Auto Show: LAST DAY!!! We will have discount tickets to Carl
Casper Auto Show which is Feb 19th, 20th, and 21st. Discount tickets are for
adults and for children. Cash Only. Tickets are normally and . See Ralph

UAW Billiards Tournament: The UAW Billiards Tournament is being held Feb. 20,
at 6:30pm, 5404 Bardstown Rd at The Billiards Club of Louisville next to Big
Lots. The entry fee is per person, blind partner draw, and the top 3 places pay
out. 0 in cash prizes plus all monies for entry fees. Discounts on food and
beverage during tournament. Contact Trish Lanham for details or questions

Tentative Work Schedule: Tentative down weeks, 3-1 and 6-7. Things can and
have changed. The un-official shutdown is scheduled for July 5th and Aug. 9
weeks. Ford must confirm in writing by April 1st to be official, so do not make
plans till they are CONFIRMED.
Kentucky Speedway Tickets: UAW/Ford Employees can enjoy NASCAR Racing Action
Saturday June 12th at the Meijer 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series Event. Enjoy a
Free Concert before the race with Sawyer Brown. Tickets are on sale for .00

HELP WANTED: Volunteers are wanted to help in planning the Celebration of the
“Last Explorer” at Louisville Assembly Plant. We are calling for ideas,
songs, designs for memorabilia, anything to make the celebration for all LAP
employees past and present great. Anyone interested in volunteering or have
ideas, please call Ralph at 3674, Vera at 3973 or write down and give to your
committeeperson.
Spirit Cups for March of Dimes: Employee Involvement is selling 3D Spirit Cups
for March of Dimes. You can get a set of 4--18oz., dishwasher safe, for dollars
a set. Cash Only. All Pro and College Teams available. Ralph will be in the main
Café during 1st break all next week to see the cups and place orders just in
time for Easter.
Concealed Deadly Weapons Class: State Mandated CCDW training class and gun
qualifications are being made available to all UAW members and family for
each. Cash Only. The next training class will be Feb. 28, Sunday, 8am to 4pm at
Jeffersontown Masonic Lodge #744 located at 10411 Watterson Trail. Any question

Update Direct Deposit Info: The password you use to log into the bid
machines will be the same password you will need to log in to the direct
deposit WEB site. If you have had your password reset recently, the Ford
Direct Deposit download is going to automatically change your password on
our start date, to your first and last initial, plus the last 4 of your
social. Your login is your normal CDS ID. LAP official start date will be
Feb. 19, anyone wishing to pull up their pay stubs now may do so by the
following links. Web site will be www.at.ford.com , Inside Ford, US
Employees. You may also try web.hronline.ford.com . Pay checks will stop
being handed out and mailed to the non participants on pay ending March19.
