Jim Bunning is a bitter old "Lame Duck" politician, he hasn't helped the people of Kentucky in a long time in my opinion.

the crazy old man has a point. at some point the gov't has to step up and figure out where all this money is gonna come from. as a lame duck, its a good idea for him to be the fall guy to do it. hopefully it gets straightened out for those that need the benefits.
