just tried to view my paycheck online. My password that was issued already expired. Now I have been told that I need to use an in-plant pc to call help desk and be placed on hold to reset password. I'm sure my teamleader will be happy to cover me for this... This could of been handled alot better that this in my opinion.

I just logged on, and the system was a little slower than usual.
Also, when at the paystub page, there's no "logout" of the system; I hope it's secure.

Shame this was not handled more professionally. They don't give a shit if we can access our checks or not...they only want to save money. I called help desk from labor where it is quiet enough to understand the man from India on the phone. It took less than 5 mins. But good luck getting one you which can comprehend their english. lol

I am now one of the many locked out of the system. The people in India gave me a ticket number and said they would contact me in the future when the problem is resolved. WTF? They cannot give me any info or reason or date. I will have to wait until India contacts me.............And NO, we are not speaking the same language! As for labor, I have been treated professionally by them. I would not want their job right now with all of this going on. Ten times the headache for the pay? I will stay on the line before I have to deal with ScottR, thank you. LMAO!!!!

This is why you log on to the computers to keep your password current.
When your password is getting close to the 90 days to be reset ,it will prompt you and give you how many days before your current password expires.
Also on this site it will give you a date when your password will expire.

Come on TonyV.... There should not have been any ticket number...should have been an instant fix. Tell them your Psync password has been locked, they will reset it immediately...and tell you what to enter so you can log in and change your temporary password. You got screwed by the man from India.

They have a lot of people in the same boat as me. Ford saved money by farming out work once again. They could care less if the system gets screwed up. It is for the hourly. They probably have a red line for the management issues........
