U's can only be built on Chassis #2, it is physically impossible to route those units to Chassis #1. I understand that we are recieving 84 diesel motors today and 84 tomorrow to keep the gaps on Chassis to a minimum. These motors are reported to be free of defects and will be tested extensively. U trim dept. will continue to run 10 hrs.

C Crew paint ran the whole 8 hours today...it was a confusing mess trying not to jam the stacker with too many U's and shut the system down. Will be glad to get the diesels back!!

Box line body ran 6.5 last night, but we didn't build many boxes. With the mix this week, there isn't much for us to do...but just sit around.

C crew paint worked pretty much the whole night even though the stacker was full so where does the trucks go when the other side has been gone so long?Needs to be some accounting for this.No one is suppose to be up there pushing right(OSHA) ? GO CARDS!!!

The Stacker is not even close to being full. Body shop is not building "Diesel" cabs, the largest percentage of vehicles we build. U's do not go into the Stacker system, they have thier own "Lane Bank" that feeds U Trim dept. Everyone went home early, except for U Trim, it can only deliver approximatly 21 jobs per hour to Chassis #2. The "mix" is very skewed at this point, until diesel engines get back to full production.
