•Product Quality: As we all know our success depends on the quality of the vehicle we produce. Many of you have already experienced issues concerning bad stock or parts that are just not up to the standards we demand. Please be vigilant to protect our customers and our jobs. The last Explorer should be the Best one we Build!!! Rejected stock back on line, sub-par parts shipped from vendors, and discolored or marred parts are not acceptable. If your stock has changed or is bad Call our Quality Rep. at 3588 and please don’t put bad parts on our trucks!! As we get closer to balancing out the Explorer this may become a bigger issue. Take the time to look at your parts, stock and the truck to make sure everything looks good.
•Chicago Update: We are hearing that the Chicago Volunteer Job Posting will take place sometime in April, because they are waiting for the in-zone job posting for Michigan Assembly to be finished. So if you are planning on going to Chicago, your window of preparation is getting smaller.
