Subject: Louisville Assembly Plant Parking Restrictions
LAP is preparing to receive production vehicles from KTP as off-site storage for them. This action will result in the West section of the West parking lot (West of Turnstile #10) being closed to employee vehicles. Furthermore, the entrance into the parking lot from Grade Lane will be closed and locked. On Monday, persons that normally use this entrance will need to proceed north onto Fern Valley Road and use the parking lot entrances there to access the lots.

Any employee who drives a non-Ford Family vehicle must park in the non-Ford Family Product/Contractor parking areas located in the Northeast corner and Northwest lot. The Northeast lot for non-Ford products has been relocated to accommodate production vehicles from KTP (see aerial view). Any non-Ford Family vehicle that is parked in a dedicated Ford LAP or Ford Family parking space will be stickered as the first warning. If the subject vehicle is found again in a dedicated Ford LAP or Ford Family parking space, it will be towed at the owner’s expense.
There will be no change to the present policy for motorcycle parking and handicapped parking. Please contact Plant Security at 3664 for information on towed vehicles.
