•Product Quality: As we all know our success depends on the quality of the vehicle we produce. The last Explorer should be the Best one we Build!!! Rejected stock back on line, sub-par parts shipped from vendors, and discolored or marred parts are not acceptable. If your stock has changed or is bad Call our Quality Rep. at 3588 and please don’t put bad parts on our trucks!! As we get closer to balancing out the Explorer this may become a bigger issue. Take the time to look at your parts, stock and the truck to make sure everything looks good.
•DeWalt/ Black & Decker Factory Service Center: Across from the plant. Metro Louisville has a program for it’s residences that allows them to save up to $100.00 off a new electric or cordless mower and savings on other qualifying products. Along with this program we would like to extend an additional 10% off for Ford employees. In these tough times we could use all the help available and these could be substantial savings for the hard working folks at Ford. The information on the program is at www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/lawncare/LawnCareRebates.htm .
