Are KTP people going to be asked if they want to go to Chicago?

It's my understanding...yes. There will be an opportunity to sign up once they open it up to everyone. Will everyone that wants to go get to go...no idea. I gave this move a LOT of thought myself...love Chicago, but I think I will be at KTP the next 12.8 years.

Scott is right. If they follow the contractual steps to fill the positions we should get the opportunity to go. WHEN we will get asked, is the big question and we do not know yet.

You will probably be asked after all the bid jobs are taken. Just like they did LAP people before they got to go to KTP. Karma can be a bitch

Come on TonyP...they didn't do us that way. They filled a ton of material handling bids, but I have already had two bid jobs in less than one year...no gripes here. Life is good at KTP.

Anyone can sign up to go.I doubt they will not be able to fill all of the positions available. So if you sign up,you are going. You are required to remain there for six months before being able to bid to any other location.

tonyp every plant will always do that. LAP did it to KTP in the 70' as well as they will do it if they add shifts over there. Chicago will do it. We did it and for the record if we ever have it happen again we will do it again. And now that you are here you would want us to do exactly that.
