Is there a chance that ILO's will go to TLO's

Saw that all those in chicago on ILO got switched to TLO's why are we still on ILO and others who are laid off not on ILO? Why is no one being forced to go to chicago isnt that how it was written it would happen?.Why are ford people with less time in a KTP not being forced to go to chicago? Are they just trying to make us go to chicago or are they wanting us to run out of benifits. Insurance runs out in Aug but nov is when chicago is hiring most people back Only 65 in june. Come on union fight for us so we dont have to drive 4+ hrs every weekend. Why do we even have a contract if it is opened every year and is never followed like it says. Just seems like a big scam to me? This is just a few things on my mind.
