Fuel prices at or near $3.00 a gallon. I just don't see it anytime soon. Remember we are running a ten hour schedule right now, if the order bank should drop ( I hope like hell it don't ) we may be short shifting again. Ford is doing the right thing right now both on quality and our order bank. I wouldn't mind a couple of Saturdays myself but I don't want ot work myself out of a job to do it.

They don't have anything planned yet. I wouldn't be shocked if they did a few of them, but no plans to as of today.

Voluntary Saturday work would be good but Mandatory Saturday work would not be. When people on the floor ask me about this I tell them what Kessinger stated above. With all the work that is going on in the plant to fix the current issues, around the clock, and by them having the repair bays on lock down i really see no way for production to run while all that is going on. When we run production we have things that need to go to repair off the line but with them on lock down where would we put them. Just something thing to think about.
