The reps working overtime this weekend is just wrong. I know that is their right, however these reps don't do repair work on a regular basis. Repair work should be left to those that do this type of work full time. Seems to me that would produce a better QUALITY Repair. And someone correct me if I am wrong, but don't union reps work as reps when anyone is working in the plant. It is also strange how material handling was told they are no longer needed for overtime repair work. I WONDER WHO IS UNLOADING THE MATERIAL!!!

Those union reps working may have repair bids. I don't agree with it. I'm just saying

That is wrong on so many levels, if they are reps they should not be bumping people out of overtime, if they don't work when we are shorthanded, then they should not be working now.
