VETERANS SERVICE OFFICER DAYS

UAW Local 862, Veterans Committees invite veterans to come visit with the
representatives of Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs (KDVA). Learn about
entitlements. Get help filing VA Claims. Check on your GI Bill, VA Home Loan and
other entitlements.





KDVA Service Officers are trained and accredited by one or more Veterans Service
Organizations. They are full time service officers who work in regional
offices throughout Kentucky providing assistance and representation to veterans
and their families.

Veterans on ILO should come out and get information on benefits they may be entitled to now that their income bracket has dropped, specifically medical.

It's worth finding out if you fall into a different category as far as being eligible for VA medical.

Something some Vets may not have been concerned about while they were working and had good insurance.

Just a thought.
