Most of final will be off starting with nightshift tommorow night. They are still working on plan for body and paint. It will be day to day after that. Most likely will be off the rest of the week but don't buy plane tickets, they will want to go back to work as soon as they get parts. They will call everyone when they are to return.
Brizzel is WRONG report unless or told by your supervisor or teamleader not to.

On frame 2 we were told not to report unless we were called. Thats all I know....

We were told on line 1 in U-trim that we were off Wednesday night and they would call us also. What the heck?

Body Shop: All Boxline is to report as normal (Note: When the boxes back up they are done)
All 5 repairmen from Metal - 2 box metal finishers
8 Fitters but have to qualified - 4 for Doors / 2 for Hoods / 1 for outside (repairs)

Just got my text tonight at around 1am. Was off today, got to see ACDC in concert ! ! A awesome show, fun times, then find out more time off ! Yay
So whats the reason or reasons for all this?
Heard one thing we were out of is the 4x4 modules.

here's what my supervisor said late this morning..."The official instructions are..no work tomorrow and shift by shift decision for friday...but...don't count on being called in Friday." Take it for what it's worth...next week is still up in the air. Depends on whether or not enough chips are available to build the modules.

If we are indeed off this Friday I think it will be a good thing seeing as how Thunder is Saturday and the manpower issue would be terrible. If we are off next Friday for Oaks the same would apply Manpower would be terrible if we were to report. Although, if we had to block build we could always "call back" people like ScottR to his original bid as a fitter and make him work his RDO! LOL This bud's for you ScottR !!

Well at least I dont have to inhale plasma booth dust for a couple of days. That will help with this head cold I have. But hopefully this gets resolved quickly. ;D

My phone call said no work Wed and Thurs but report as normal on Friday unless told otherwise.
