How is that 4-10 shedule going to affect paint/body? It takes less than one shift to fill the stacker so will we run short or is a shift going to be cut? No one has put out what our schedule would be like..thanks!

You will remain on your traditional schedule from what I understand. Body and paint must build 60 jobs per hour for us to go to 4-10s.

Yes, but come Fridays what will happen? I work midnights and that will start to fill the stacker when you leave on Thursday, then dayshift will com in and totally fill it Friday day. Afternoon shift comes in on Friday with nothing to do and us again on Sunday night...without a shift taking anything out of the stacker, we can not run..it will only hold so many jobs.

4-10's for days and nights, 3-12's for midnights???
My understanding of what would happen is day shift would work Mon-Thurs. Night shift would work Tues-Fri. Midnights would work Fri day shift, Sun night shift and Mon night shift.

Scott-Bad news--this is what Brent texted me this morning on FB:
Sherri Wubben Breeden will paint/body still be on traditional schedule? Brent Eskridge Sherri, until our order bank goes up you all will be on that shift pattern.
Looks like we are staying on traditional...:-(

Should I have used "text" or "texted" in the previous post? Sorry..these are new words since I've been out of school..LOL

I have attempted to use 'texted' and the spell check highlights it as not a word...but it does sound better. I also heard that about the order bank, but they are predicting the order bank to climb rapidly since we can't seem to fill any orders lately.
