stock was told we will alternating crews the month of may,all will be day shift times.

All I can say is "WOW"...don't mind the every other week, but it sucks for many when they have to work day shift hours.

That makes a little more sense in terms of having nights work dayshift hours.
Sympathy for those on nights who have issue with this. But its got to be a little easier to justify for a month than on a one week basis.
I had heard that rumor also...........probably from the same guy. ;D

I have worked pretty much around the clock at this place. My shift is laidoff next week but due to my seniority I have to go in and work with the nightshift people who have to work Dayshift. Would I like to be off next week, hell yeah. I also realize that by working next week I get my full check not 85%. I also do not have to deal with that UI bs and waiting for Ford to send me a SUB check. Yes, there is some trade offs but still I would like to have time too. Life isn't fair, so why even bother. I know one day my seniority will put me in a position that I too can enjoy a week off like the rest.

Guess they save the 5 pecent for night shift bonus by working them dayshift.
