Was told today the company is wanting a reduction of 200 jobs? Any truth? Heard 5 jobs on each frame line are being reduced now.

Yep they are trying to cut 5 or more jobs off my line on days in frame slow line.Added work to me but it ant working.

Back in January, we were told paint was going to have a reduction of 7 people per shift when things settled down..don't know how that plans out now.

They have taken away 3 jobs on my line in SD trim. We had two containment jobs on my team that were about gone, but now they are loaded back up. Some work was added to me, didnt work, so some things were taken off mine for the new stuff. Alot of stuff being moved, thats why monday we didnt run as well, and heard that some of the older bosses roaming around watching with a radio were retired people coming back in to report line stops on the radio for 3500 a week. Must be nice.
