On friday we had a quality meating where we told our quality was great. There were several team leaders that were invited to a pizza lunch in the salary office. I can not speak for every team leader but i know my team leader was there. lets reward the real workers and not the team leaders. They are in the middle of moving work and they are buttering up the team leaders and find out who will take work and who will not. Hell of a time to have a paid for bearnos pizza lunch for team leaders only.
