I heard that Herb and Berry made a deal with management on Thursday to let trim take their break at the end of the shift to get out earlier. this happened with out a survey of Trim. If I understand what happen right there was not an end of shift time given and they went 8.8 which is past there break time of 2:30, which should have required a survey. Sound like to me the bargaining committee is getting a little to friendly with Management!

It wasn't just trim it was Chassis to. I agree with them why stop for 15 minutes and come back to only run about 20 trucks to 25 trucks. It was last day of the week and we wanted out of there. I think you need to worry about your house and stay out of ours till you come back.  |

Trim went 8.5 and as far as Barry and Herb I personally had them both down on the line 5 Min after they told us we were working thru break. ;D ;D ;D When I asked My boss he couldn't give me a time and I said NO NO!!!!  anyway they worked out an agreement with Andrew Tapp and to work 8.4 to 8.5 and get paid 8.7 any longer than 8.5 we were going to take a break. anyhow Management did not call a time. As soon as I told Herb he asked my boss about a time and he said he didn't know, so he (herb) got on the phone and a Time was called within 2 min of his Phone call. Thats How it went Down in Trim..... Junior |

I agree with Turbo350...stay at your own house Shrek and you also need to change your "Location" you are no longer in U-Trim too hard for ya couldn't hang with the rest of us so you bailed...your still at KTP but not in hell with the rest of us!!!
