Heard that the Stamping Plant was having problems with Hoods. Doe's anyone know anything about this?

was told today that the main press ran out of oil (alarm got turned off) and it burned out some bearings. Heard it could take 8 hours to a week to fix depending on damage

Worked body this a.m.. The press burned out a main bearing. Was told it could take 2 days or 2 weeks to fix. Started using outer hood skins out of DMR today. Chris Perriera had to tell Joe Bob why the alarm was ignored and the bearing burned out.

Body has run like crap for the last two weeks...productivity has sucked to say the least.

We were told they switched the die to the other press.
