With the company running a skeleton crew throughout the plant, why are they so mad over people taking scheduled off time before June? Getting rid of pay-in-lieu for personal time is not the fault of the membership. We are running so lean in SUV trim that AWOL coverage and team leaders have to be on jobs just to start up.
There are few teams that do not have unassigned jobs. If they are hurting for people this bad, why do they not hire some of the ILO's on the street...........Instead of taking it out on the ones on the line that show up to do their jobs........

They are thinking this way...if you don't take your days, you get no pay. If we don't allow you to take your days, you still get no pay. LOL

I always thought it was crazy that people would save their days off to get an extra check...It's pretty simple...Take your time off and enjoy yourself before the end of May!!
