Found an F-150 at Oxmoor that I'm interested in.
Been going to Collins for years, they don't have what I want.
Can anybody tell me anything about Oxmoor?
Thanks in Advance.

I am Thinking George Palmer worked there as a salesman, not sure if he still does.

Since going international, I would say he had to give that up.

I bought my truck there through George Palmer last year. Got what I wanted and found their service to be pretty good for oil changes too.(With Ford discount - $19.95)
They will always transfer a vehicle if you want to buy it from Bill Collins. George transferred my truck from Collins to Star at no cost to me. So if you like a salesman at Collins and want to use him, take him the VIN number, etc. He can transfer it to Collins and set up your deal. Everyone will be willing to work for you, either way.

Oxmoor Ford has come a long way since it was Star, many improvements, much better management in my opinion. They won't always swap vehicles, if they know your interested in a particular vehicle. It all depends on the dealers inventory and that months sales. Good luck.

I for one, have never liked the huge dealerships like Oxmoor and Collins, just bought a new Escape Limited from Tri County Ford in Buckner right off 71. They are very easy to deal with and you don't feel like your lost when you go there like with the big dealerships..

I was told that Tri-County will come to KTP and take your vehicle in for service/warranty while you're at work. Anyone used this service?

Anyone used this service? yep, back when I still had a vehicle that was covered under warranty I had Tri-County do this for me several times. Now I cannot afford a new truck / car so I take care of all maintenance myself. lol.

I had the absolute worst car buying experience of my life there. I would not buy form them if they were the last dealer on earth. In my opinion they are absolute crooks. I just bought a 2011 Super Duty from Bill Collins, no problems at all.

couple of years ago.......found a Mustang Bullitt at Oxmoor Ford we wanted to buy......brought it home...drove it for 2 days.....went back to sign the papers......everything was finished ....then they dropped another contract in front of me.....ARBITRATION CLAUSE......in a nutshell....you sign that and you give your right to sue Oxmoor Ford for anything and agree to take to THEIR PAID ARBITRATOR.......i refused to sign it, and in turn they refused to sell us the car....i will NEVER give up my right to sue anyone before i walk off the lot............thats my 2 cents
