Has anybody else noticed that the first Friday we work overtime is the Friday before Labor Day weekend? And the Union agreed to this? Please, everybody complain to your committeeperson when we get back.

At the risk of being called a whiner ( I know lay in there & get it some would love to be working) the reason it matters is we have been on 4 days a week for ever, we were supposed to be winding down for the shutdown/retool, people have made plans for months concerning that weekend. I understand everything is always subject to change & we should be thankful sales have gone up which I am. But why do they always have to do everything in their power to make things inconvenient? Just like splitting up the 2 week vacation. You cant give a good reason why we cant start those Fridays on Sept 10th. What difference could it possibly make? OK take your shots, I'm braced.
