Since Jon Jaggers came to U-trim on dayshift he has been out on the floor every day working his ass off. You can tell he puts his heart into his work. Good job Jon!

We just lost John Jaggers from C-Crew paint. In my opinion, he did an outstanding job.
He was available anytime we needed him. If you have ever been in paint you would know you need a committeeman alot. Paint management could not be more childish and incompetent. It is seriously like dealing with my nine year old daughter.

when i heard John was coming to U Trim , I told them that your new committee man is 1 of the best in the plant. Glad to see that you all are in agreement. John is one of the only people in the union that cares about "winning against the co." and making sure thing are done fair ,not just to get off the line. It much easier to say "they can do that " and go back into the AC. Keep up the hard work J ohn
