just wondering if everyone got a dtp robo call , just got it hour ago. Transfer no re call rights to back hme and no moving allowance, just that you have a job and there for good, for all active and laid off workers are eligible, execpt for the ones who signed up to go to chicago are not eligible, sounds like a strike one if you say no, but we should be good since we got that special written clause , we will see.

I dont think strikes would apply to you guys since the great IUAW took away your TLO and put you on ILO with TAP, which has ran out for most of the ILOs. So if you strike out, the only thing left to take from you is your dog. Hopefully you guys will make it through and be back in a years time. Good luck!

My question for us right now on lay off due to part shortage. Turning this down , will this screw up our U.I when we call it in Sunday? For refusal of work? I hope Steve Stone is on top of this Ford Bullshit

I got the robo call this morning also. I have the same understanding, no transfer money and no return rights. I am disappointed that we received no notice or email of this call from our Local. I don't look for this to be strike against us because we would not be "forced" they have nothing to gain by that. We have already lost TAP money and benefits. I wish they would force cause then I would be able to bump someone at KTP working with less seniority ( that alone SUCKS that less seniority has been working all this time I have been laid off)

I got the call, too. I agree with lap@lap. I just hope that when the contract is up for negotiation, they don't put some clause in that people on ILO lose all years of seniority call back rights or bring us back as new hires. I'm sure Ford will offer current workers lots of $$$$ to agree with this. Now is the contract up for negotiation this fall or next fall?

Geeze would it be that benefical to FORD to further screw a couple hundred (tops) of loyal employees that have been fighting just to hang on? I believe the contract is up Sept 2011, good luck to all the ILOs

There is not a strike for not signing a voluntary posting nor will anyone be forced anywhere or lose any seniority or recall rights. Also, this is not a refusal of work for UI.
A posting of the robo call was on uawlap.org shortly after 8 am this morning with a post notification shortly after.
