Union memo on Friday said 8 hours this week due to 2011 Exp Launch. Committee man even said 8 to 8.3 this morning, then they go and call 9 hours! Go Figure, that's the Ford way.

Was told tonight that we have to make up lost production from last week. Should be 9 hrs until thursday, and then only 8 on friday night.

The big problem here is that people are silly if they believe those memo's. Most of the time they are not worth the paper their written on. Most of the production they lose is because they do no preventative maintenance, so it's the company's fault in the first place. So at least try to enjoy a little OT in more suitable temperatures this week.
