Anyone happen to have the number to call to get ahold of Medical at the plant? The number you call to say you will be out 3 or more days and open medical leave.

Labyrinthitis was the diagnosis today at the er. She said could last anywhere from a few weeks, to a month. Looking it up online, its not something to take lightly since it can lead to many other complications.

You need to call Labor to open the leave....502-429-2241 or 2242, they will tell you what to do.

Labor will give you the paperwork you need to take to the doc....make sure you get it to them as quick as you can so you don't have to wait on your checks forever...  |
