1st of all I would like to say I am sorry to hear about the passing of a fellow UAW member who worked as an outside road test inspector. The thing ILO's should be angry about is they say they won't be placing anyone on his job. If they did it would open up a spot to bring someone back into to work. I feel this is unacceptable and wonder why our union is letting things such as this happen without a fight. Im sure an ILO would like to come back to work especially since we will be on overtime the next couple of months.
