I was curious if there were any appointed reps working anything other than day shift? Where is the support for the other shifts? It seems like whenever there is an issue with an operation on nights or the #1 shift, they always act as if they will take care of it on days. But since days always gets to take care of it, no one else has any say?

“always” is the key word, no not always. It depends on what fits management best. I mean that half seriously. I’ve seen it held firm to doing things standard on a job to doing the same job different on all 3 crews.
The rest of the questions I have no idea.

Safety reps are on all shifts. And Kevin Powers as an ergo rep splits the crews when he is needed to. And the ESSP rep. splits shifts. Most of the reps. there are only one of.
