So in union letter passed out tonight production set for 8.8 to 8.6 and we are still working Sat.? WHY didn't we stay on 9.5 to 10 hours and not work Sat.? We have been worked like dogs all summer and now Sat. work. WTF!!! Everyone should remember this come spring elections

Stone Cold, my point is if they could work us all summer with OT, then why not now and avoid the Sat. work so we can spend time with our family!!!

I would bet my paycheck on it mazroth. It happens every time. We shouldn't even be working Saturday. What a waste of money!

I agree working Saturday sucks. But come on guys! Really out of 52 Saturdays in the year how many do we work? I don't think 1 or 2 is going to kill anyone and I for one can use the extra money. And it sure beats the hell out of having down weeks.

I quit trying to figure out Ford Motor Company a long time ago.The bottom line is they are going to do what's to their benefit every time and you work for Ford, Ford does not work for you. |

Well I dreaded going in at 7AM for 10 hours after getting off just 8 hours earlier but I make it through and I'm going to love the paycheck come next week.
