Team Leaders & Supervisors:
Please make sure that all employees are aware of the upcoming blood drive. We had such great success the last drive (150 units collected) that the Red Cross will be establishing two locations this visit. We are anticipating a high participation rate again! Our goal this drive is 190 units.
KTP Blood Drive - Wednesday, 9/29/10
WHERE: #1 - Administration Building Cafeteria
#2- Bloodmobile Bus- Located outside in front of Door 104 at Predelivery (recommended for Body, Paint, Predelivery employees)
WHEN: 7:00 am to 1:00 pm #2 shift
5:00 pm to 10:00 pm #3 shift
All donors will receive a gift card for an appetizer at Mimi's Café as well as be registered for a drawing to be held just for KTP donors. The two prizes are a Personalized Louisville Slugger Bat and a numbered limited edition U or L print featuring Darryl Griffiths (#35) playing in Freedom Hall.
Scheduling Process: Team leaders and supervisors
To ensure an orderly process and a shorter wait time for our blood drive participants, please survey your employees for interest in participating in the blood drive. The supervisor must go to the attached below link on the KTP FPS/CIWG Home Page - Blood Drive and schedule their employees for a specific time and location to visit the blood drive. Please place the employees name and drot in the box for the specific time. If a box already has an employee name in it, please select a different time. Once you have your employees registered, please save and close the schedule. Note: there are two tabs on the blood drive schedule, 1 labeled Admin Building and 1 labeled Bus/Predelivery. Please make sure you sign the employees up for the correct location. We recommend that employees from Paint, and Body and Predelivery areas closer to door 104 use the Bus/Bloodmobile while the rest of the employees use the traditional Administration building location.
