I-9 Form Audit

The Company has been doing an audit on the original I-9 forms that everyone should have filled out when you were hired. Some may get letters and have to go to Labor to sign the for in ink when some signed in pencil. Others may not have an I-9 form at all in their file and have to complete the form online. The later happened to me woo hoo guess I'm an illegal alien!! Anyhow, the website to complete your I-9 online is www.newI9.com. When you get to the site you will have to put in Ford Motor Company's code in the box which is: 11159 and then follow the instructions to complete the form.

Make sure when you go to Labor you have your driver's license, SSN or whatever form(s) of identification that it calls for in the letter you receive.

If you do, in fact, receive a letter in the mail take it to Labor Relations to see if you just have to sign with an ink pink or have to fill out a whole form online. Any questions you might have you can either call me at 502-599-3933 - Labor Relations at 502-429-2241 or the Union Office at 502-429-2688. Approximately 800 people will get a letter from the Audit that was held.

If I can't prove I'm not an illegal alien, I hope they deport me to someplace warm...and where they speak fluent English...which leaves California out I guess...
