time for yet another rumor. Got word late Tuesday night that we may be off Friday due to engine shortage or issues. Any elected officals care to nip this in the bud and confirm or deny?

I would guess due to expected attendance problem with Friday night UL game...AWOLS are up 80%.

First I have heard of the Friday, so I would say just rumor. And they are worried to death about Fridays AWOLs. but, the AWOL problem is one they have created themselves by fiddle f*&king with the personal day numbers and trying to lie about them. Make sure the committeperson verifys a full calender on Fri. if you get turned down please.

Yeah, they have definitely fucked themselves on Friday's trying to lie about the peronal day numbers. I know of several people who have gotten personal days granted by defualt here lately because management fucked it up one way or the other. Ofcourse we are short also because of the people who recently transferred out of KTP and not been replaced. |

Fridays are always a joy manpower wise!! If any of you have trouble getting a personal day off granted I have a supervisor who rarely gives slips back to my people so their days they want are usually a lock no matter if the calendar is full or not. Find a supervisor who has, what I call, frequent alzheimer moments and turn it in to him or her. The funny thing is watching them panic after you notify them of their failure to return the slip in the time allowed.
