no good bid job in 19 months since coming to ktp with 18 + yrs.. Thats because the seniority that came from your own LAP done snatched them up. They came over 30 days before and got bid jobs and dayshift before the freeze on rolling and bidding. (somebody worked some deals 🧐) Herb+Allen And besides that welcome to a KTPers world where seniority at your plant doesnt mean crap because transfers keep coming and staying even when its a retooling layoff. There is also a lot of seniority transferred here from vendor plants! Vendor plants that have never even humped their butts off on the line under the same conditions we all have worked building vehicles. And lets not forget our wonderful medically restricted transfers that play their bs games at KTP. LAP so sorry you arent happy here but at least you didnt get booed and treated like crap like our bottom 200 transfers did at your plant year 2000. |
