Uh, why did we go to last break at 12:45am in Super Duty trim tonight? It was just a short time ago that we recieved a letter from the union stating that last break was set for 12:30am. Only in the event of a breakdown would be it be altered. I've heard of going to EARLY break, but LATE break? Oh thats right, they sent Chassis to break at 11:30pm but moved the break in trim to 12:45am so that chassis could go 8.1 while trim worked 8.8. What little credibility our union had left has been thrown out, management does what they want when they want and there is no accountability. I guess its more important for our elected officials to be out campaigning for local politicians than actually at the plant and representing the employees who voted them to become UAW representatives. Why do we even have a break schedule if the union does not intend to enforce it? Whoever was in charge tonight fucked us all.

In pre-delivery, we were told that trim couldn't keep up because of a breakdown, so we went to break at 11:30pm. I hope that 8.5 minutes helped! We did enjoy getting off in 7.7 though!

Im at KCAP. Sounds like the games are the same no matter what plant you are at. They change our break times at least twice a week.

You say management does what they want when they want and there is no accountability. AMEN!!!! I'm getting ready to have a one on one meeting with Joe Bobnar to share my thoughts on this matter. Labor reps up front "can't make guarantees" to keep lawsuits from being created...but the funniest part is they don't even try. They will tell you one thing, then make the dumbest decisions to assure you they do not care one bit about work environment or employee morale. The decisions they make on a daily basis would lead you to believe they purposely make an effort to harrass you...like management up front is instructing the management on the floor to make sure the morale of the employee is not important to Ford Motor Company. My attitude is 'fuck every single salary employee which feels it is their daily duty to bring down worker morale.'
