There are alot of rumors of down weeks and robo calls out there and here's the deal.
The Navigator and Expedition use the same computer chip in their transmissions as the Xbox 360. With the Christmas season now upon us, the vendor is having a hard time keeping up with demand.
That is all.

I heard that there are only two factories that make this chip, one is in India and the other in China. Some of the surplus chips were sent the the plants that make the Focus and Taurus. Ford did not want to get into a bidding war so they are diverting chips to other plants and short shifting others.

Now wouldn't it about this time last year that we were having trouble getting those chips here? I see a pattern on the making.
