speculation of adding night shift in mod center...bidding jobs in january now a no-go?? What happened?

apparently the day shift can handle the load....guy i know works out there said they been working all kinds of OT..but said they were told it was going to end soon...didn't speculate what he meant by that..

A friend of mine works in the mod center and told me little to no OT; they only work about what we work.

I don't think the OT they are working currently is MOD center OT. When they don't have enough MOD work they get loaned out. Currently they use them to back up 25 miles drives when they loan them out. I have not dealt with it in a few weeks but i believe if they are working OT it would be doing 25 mile drives.
MOD is going to be tough to bid. Their work load depends on orders of those upgrades, so you hate to overbid, then end up loaning those very high sen. people out all the time. Its OK if they can be loaned to something good, like driving. But, they could end up being loaned anywhere. So to keep these jobs as good jobs you will have to stay low on the number you have out there.
