Last night i think was the worst conditions road wise since working there..seems security could get on the radio and tell us gene slider is closed at shelbyville road , ramp at west port is closed just the basic stuff ... i know way to much to ask from such a small company as ford  |

I heard it was quite an adventure...when I went out early this morning, cars were still all over the place on Snyder and Watterson.

(ABSOLUTELY NO NAME CALLING IS ALLOWED...GET POINT ACROSS WITHOUT THEM PLEASE)... and i said it would be nice . ohhhh i dont no maybe the truckers tell them each time they come in and out of the gate what the roads are doing .... and i work on the line no leasure of talking on the phone or watching tv at 12am ,and i called 511 there info was not updated and who i called after work on my cell was stuck on the snyder with no where to go but wait...and sorry 84 had george noory on the radio

I appologize for sounding harsh in my first post, Kentucky250s. I meant no harm.
I had just spent 2 1/2 hours using my car trailer getting my next door neighbors daughters car off of Outerloop. She is 21 and works at UPS, she had left there that night and destroyed her car on the icy roads. If she had said "somebody should have told me it was slick" one more time I would have strangled her.

Pay attention to the news. If they tell you today that we may get snow and/or ice tomorrow then you should expect it to be hazordous out there. This is nothing new unless you have been living under a rock.
