You can only shit on a hard worker so much before they stop caring about the company and their jobs. When that happens it's all down hill from there. We are the backbone of Ford and it's time our union gets one . Most of us would of taken $5000. (knowing it should be $10,000 or more)as a slap in the face but we would live with it. Anything less and you start pissing people off to a point that they could care a less about their performance . That is not good for any of us but leadership has to come from the top. The Leaders in the union and the company have no ideal how mad the floor workers are about always giving and and never getting ( oh I forgot the Christmas dinner... forget everything I said ) Attachments:

Ford announces no merit increases for salaried employees in 2011....this is perfect timing to announce such bs.....in other words....this is greasing us up for what we are not about to get or at least not the amount we should get in profit sharing. We all know that this year has been a remarkable year for Ford. They will pull all kinds of rabbits out of their hat to prevent us from getting what we all truly deserve. We have given so much but yet not gotten anything back in return. Yes I. like many, am extremely thankful to have a job....but lets get real.....Ford is being a bit greedy and it will all become apparent to all in the next few weeks.

With the new boss running the show...he is all about not rewarding the employees. The better Ford does, the more they want to screw the employees...the better the company continues to perform. I expect no raise of any sort, but I believe we will get COLA back...plus a bonus every year in replace of any raise. We will not see a raise until the next contract in 2015 as long as they keep making record profits. To not get at least a $5000 PS and a raise in our contract this year will continue to do nothing but create a bitter workforce.

The reports are not based on information from the company. In fact, it is too early to talk about the calculation of possible profit sharing payments. Amounts are based upon full year financial results, which are still being finalized, and the current profit sharing formula.

Hey Dave how bout in the future, if you are going to include a file to download it is something people can actually open and read. Or better yet just post the link to the website. Makes life easier.
