Heard we might be losing humana and that Ford wants to pay us 2 times a month.Any union reps heard anything about this?
If they pay us like this will it cost US more money?Thanks

Wouldn't surpise me, salary gets paid only twice a month. I figured the company would want to go to being paid every other week, at minimum. Few companies pay weekly anymore & more and more are going to twice a month pay.

I have not heard anything about this. But I have no doubt it may be one of their contract proposals. They will have a wish list just as long as ours is.
In general, I would put no real worry into what they are asking for until it starts to become more of a reality. Though it doesn't hurt to voice an opinion on something ahead of time, in hopes that those negotiating it may hear it.
This would be a National issue not local.
