Not having Ford Motor Credit in there hurts. They made $2 Billion in 2010 that will not be factored in to the profit sharing.

Bonuses for Mulally have to come from somewhere. Why is it that everybody in the company has to make financial sacrafices except him? I'm really getting fed up with having the concessions that we gave up going to Mullaly and his disciples. Everything is on the table come contract time and everything, including previous concessios, need to come back to us again. After all, what are they going to hold over our heads, THEY NO LONGER HAVE A BARGAINING CHIP!!!!
