Does anybody have the percentage yet so I can multiply my pay to see what exactly I am getting?

Reedycreekbuc Using $60,000 as a average yearly wage your percentage would be around 8.333%. But I would guess with almost half of the little over 40,000 hourly workers lay-ed off for some time during 2010 that the % factor might be a little higher then that. Maybe 9%to9.5% Just a ballpark number.
