First thing on the list 1. Get Ford motor credit back in the profit sharing formula. 2. At least one pay raise of 4 to 5 % effective in 2011. (I would ask for more on pay raises but the market is still volatile). 3. Get COLA reinstated. 4. $1000. Christmass bonus. ($600. was what it was in 95) 5. Either 2 sick days or 20 hours Vacation time. 6. A 3% bonus every Sept. in the years without a pay raise. that the company post at least 2 quarters of profit. 7. A penalty of 5% of a full years pay per year left on the contract for the company to reopen the contract before Sept,2015. To be paid before we vote up or down. This is just to open it. I might be dreaming but this is nothing compared to what we deserve.

We won't get much back in order to stay toe to toe with Toyota.
Raises no....unless Toyota gets them. Cola no I look to see the % of profit sharing to go up. Benifets i see staying about the same(health ins)
Our bonus avg of $5,000 is great but to be honest since we gave away soooo much it should be at least $10,000. I see profit sharing as our biggest source of financial gain inthe future. In fact thats probaly the only way we can stay competetive and still get some money in our pockets.

I think you are probably right. I read an article...can't remember where on here....that Ford wants to go after things that only cost them money if they are profitable....Performance Bonus and things of that nature.

Fuckugettelfinger I believe your right . I can only hope that our members are willing to strike if that`s the case. I would only support that if it were from top ( Ford and UAW upper management) to bottom. But both ( Ford upper management and UAW upper )have shown that they can`t be trusted. So I say strike if we don`t make some financial living gains.
