No way C crew works Sunday since system has not pulled any units. Earliest I see C crew being able to work is the night after day shift returning.

Beenaround are you serious?? you don`t get it either. If you show the company and union that you are content with what you got then you will get nothing later. Read up on your corporate history and their labor policies. Lupbrian you totally missed the point . Yes "Mulally is a great CEO but no man is worth the same or more as his 40,000 plus workers that keep the company running". The key is 40,000 workers that keep the company running. It is easier to replace one great CEO with another great CEO then it is too replace 40,000 hard working concession giving workers. We (both union and low level salary workers) make him look great. With out us working with him he would just be an average CEO. You are only as good as the sum of your parts. And that`s science you can`t refute that. Let's make this simple. We have given up a lot to help this company out and they will come at us hard again and want us to give our souls. If this is the case then we need 100% across the board to get out and vote NO. We all need to stand together, read what the IUAW show us, ask questions and if you don't like it then vote NO. We the people are the final factor in this contract passing or not passing. We need everybody to get out and vote.

FACT: Ford made profit. FACT: Ford is shareing said profit with us due to contract language. FACT: Ford will try to screw us this year when the contract talks come up. FACt: We vote in the last contract that took FMCC out of the final factor. FACT: Bob King has done stated (in case some have forgotten already) that we will not strike, even after the last modifications was voted down. These are the facts. Just a matter of having to look them up on the internet. Now for some other things, Do I think we deserved more in profit shareing, HELL YES. Do I think Mulally needs as much as he will get, HELL NO. Do I think the I-UAW has a different profit shareing formula than the rest of us, I don't know. If they do they better keep it to themselves is all I can say because some people will demand a better deal but won't get it. If you can't remember, there is a recession going on so getting $5000.00 better than getting $500.00. Yes, they can replace us just as fast as they can replace Mulally, don't ever think they can't. Unemployment rate is somewhere around 9 to 10%. They can replace us should we go on strike and pay those people half of what thye pay us and there is nothing legally you or I can do except hope that the I-UAW can get us back sooner than later. Plain and simple, if you don't want your share of the profits, then send the check back otherwise cash it and be quiet.

Dave7293, I do get what you're saying. I also feel that the profit sharing amount should have been higher.I can't justify bitching about the company for it because if they had it their way we would not be getting one red cent.Any angst you feel should be pointed towards the IUAW. Since I guess they (IUAW) feel we didn't get the shaft nothing will come of this.King and the boys feel we got overpaid.

Beenaround You are very right. The more I think about what you said and others I do believe the IUAW is the one that has really screwed us more then anybody. The company is happy too help them do it but it starts with the IUAW.
