Town Halls (formerly State of the Plant?) are evidently happening @ several plants this week; ISSP and LEP are two.

We are to report Thursday, at start of shift in front admin glass doors. Something about companies current position relative to our competitors will be discussed. Additionally info on how to allocate profit sharing checks will be distributed at the conclusion of each meeting.

Thursday is February 10th. Is that not the date of the 'Equity of Sacrifice' grievance??

Makes me think of the meetings we had in the past to convince us to take buyouts or give concessions because we are losing ground against other competitors… who knows maybe it will be good.

IMHO...this will be a propaganda meeting to tell us we are not doing as well as it seems we are. It's a contract year and they know we want some of our concessions back.

does'nt matter what they say, it's all about them! they need better quality and output from you on top of cost cutting, missed our projections for 2010, could have been better.... yada, yada....we've all heard these songs before, I'm just tired of their B.S. sorry

Exactly, how many times has that happened during a contract year, um....every time. There will be some good news but we're still not quite competitive enough, we need everyone to continue to sacrifice blah, blah, blah to keep the gains we've made. Lots of charts & numbers to show how we still have so much ground to make up blah, blah, blah.
