This is a great place for info. It might not always be right, but it's pretty damn close. Thanks Scott & Tony V.

Which is why it was created...to help get info out quicker. The funniest thing you learn about getting info...even if you create a lie, it will force people to give the correct info. Thanks for registering and participating.

People that don't use it think its just rumors because it's calle The Rumor Mill. But it's so much more than that. It's good info and I have found out about days off and such here way before I ever got a phone call. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

I have participated with ScottR on multiple web sites for over a decade. One thing stands true - the more people that participate, the more clear the big picture becomes.
Thanks ScottR for creating this forum. It has gotten a lot of "Monkeys" off peoples back. LMAO!

I have to keep one name alive...WebmasterDave from St. Louis Assembly Plant. If it wasn't for him, we would have never created this forum. We have so many new members, most don't know the history. When Ford announced their 1st restructuring...where it was pretty much LAP or SLAP that would close...we found a similar website/forum that was created by a SLAP employee...WebmasterDave via blueovalnews.com. We were able to communicate with employees at SLAP and hear the info straight from the source...instead of the typical bullshit. WebmasterDave chose to stay in the St. Louis area and eventually left FoMoCo...but without his guidance, this forum idea would have never came to fruition. We have been very lucky with proboards so far...after a few others that would cease to operate on any given day...we had to keep changing host sites too often. Imagine how hard it is to spread the word about a new site... If proboards ever shuts down, we would have difficulty in getting the word out about a new site, but it would be much easier to do now...thanks to such sites as Facebook.

I, too, appreciate the info from this message board. I have been following this board since around 2007. I find this board to be slightly less accurate than the "National Enquirer," yet more than twice as accurate as any of our union reps. ;D ;D
I am pleased that each time I look on the site, it seems there are more people posting. It's nice to know we have a place to vent and know what each other is talking about.
