Is anyone concerned that nothing has been revealed about the "equity of sacrifice"? I find it strange that details have gone dark and the silence is deafening. How do you know what you win or lose if the Union is not transparent about the whole process? All we have gotten is a couple sentences concerning the whole matter. Whats going on behind closed doors with contract negotiations looming? Company didn't have to give us $5000 profit sharing according to contract. So did they do it out of the kindness of their hearts? No, it is precise positoning for contact negotiations, considering that new profit sharing formulation "tweeking" was disclosed shortly after the announcement of our profit sharing amount. Hmmmm? Why does King want to use money from our "strike funds" to expand efforts to unionization transplant car manufacturing facilities? Since GM and Chrysler can't strike and we can, wouldn't that weaken us in case we do go out on strike?! So, what position would that leave us in during negotiations? Too many questions, no answers. Check ou this link below, and read how they describe most union workers back King and that dissent is small. I don't agree with that, I think dissent is larger than they think. Also they say that we won't get back our wages or benefits, so..... then what in the hell is the "equity of sacrafice" for? Just sayin. www.foxnews.com/us/2011/02/18/auto-union-look-companies/

That's true! Also, how much confidence do you have in the union to negotiate on our behalf for equity of sacrifice when they did not give up a single penny to join us in "solidarity" when we gave up concessions. It would have made me feel better knowing they were in the same boat as me and you.
